(ON Only) Documenting a Pharmaceutical Opinion

1. Select the Therapeutic Issues tab.
2. Select the Level of Urgency.
3. From the Drug Related Problem (DRP) dropdown list, select an option.
4. Enter comments and/or recommendations in the Pharmacist Comments and Pharmacist Recommendation fields.

A pharmaceutical opinion is created in PharmaClik Rx and saved in the Workbench Pending tab, waiting to be completed.
